Thank you for supporting Faith of the Hills. As an independent startup brand, we produce and manage our stock in limited quantities. For this reason, all purchases are considered final sale, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at Faithofthehills121@gmail.com with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and, where relevant, its packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Sizing

Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order. Because we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, we strongly recommend checking your measurements before purchasing.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may be unable to cancel or modify it. Any statutory cancellation rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected.
