Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an active subscription or recurring purchase at any time before the next scheduled payment is processed.

Once a payment has been processed or an order has entered processing, we may not be able to cancel that order. Any eligible returns or refunds will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Cancelling a subscription will prevent future recurring charges but will not automatically refund orders that have already been processed.
